Blackbird Health is seeking a Pediatric PMHNP to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children and young adults aged 2–26. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a fully remote setting or hybrid arrangements.

We offer multiple tracks: W2 Full-Time remote with direct care hours, W2 Part-Time with benefits, and 1099 Contractor with hourly pay.

Formación

• Active New Jersey PMHNP/CRNP/APN license, active DEA registration, and State Prescriptive Authority.
• Board Certified by ANCC or AANP (PMHNP-BC).
• Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience: 1+ years of independent psychiatric experience serving children, adolescents, or young adults.
• Available during Blackbird's peak core hours (after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends).
• Technical Skills: Proficient with computer, phone, high‑speed internet, EHR systems, and Google Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for ages 2–26.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, supporting engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychotherapists, specialists, and clinical leaders.
