Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join the Integrated Clinical Care Team. The PMHNP will diagnose, treat, and prescribe for patients with mental health concerns, developing comprehensive plans and collaborating with staff to improve care delivery.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, outpatient care, medication management, and therapy delivery with monthly follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nursing.
• Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Licensed to provide services (ARNP and RN) in Washington state, for adults and children.
• 3 years' experience providing PMHNP services.
• BLS/CPR and AED certifications.
• WA State driver's license is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, including safety planning and referrals.
• Diagnose, conduct, and prescribe medications for psychiatric conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with patients (medication, therapy, or both).
• Provide outpatient care and monitor patients' mental status and medical conditions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and consult with physicians as needed.
• Enter patient data into medical records and participate in case staffing and policy development.
