Job summary

Salma Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based mental health care to adults and older adults, combining pharmacology, psychotherapy, and neuromodulation such as TMS and Spravato. This remote role requires California licensure and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate care across specialty clinics while maintaining compliant medical records and delivering

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in Nursing.
• Board certification as a PMHNP by ANCC.
• Active California NP license and NP furnishing number.
• Active DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment to adults and older adults.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Manage psychiatric disorders using pharmacology, psychotherapy and other approaches.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide optimal care.
• Identify patients for interventional psychiatry (TMS/SAINT, Spravato) and refer.
• Maintain accurate medical records per clinic policies.
