• Doctoral or Master's degree in Nursing with ANCC Psychiatric Nursing certification.
• Valid DEA and Texas state licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, willing to obtain NM APRN license.
• 3+ years of Psychiatric NP experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Credentialed with Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare and Commercial Payers.
• Knowledge of mental health and emotional disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders.
• Prescribe and monitor medications.
• Become competent in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and/or Spravato/Esketamine Therapies.
• Maintain detailed records of patient visits and progress.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families about mental health and emotional disorders.
• Participate in community outreach and education.
