Qualifikationen

• Active PMHNP license in Washington, DC.
• Active DEA and an individual NPI number.
• CAQH application completed, signed and submitted.

Aufgaben

• Treat patients in the state(s) of licensure.
• Conduct PDEs for new referrals and E/M sessions for on-going care.
• Conduct video call sessions using the Talkspace platform.
• Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team.
• Create treatment plans and submit clinical documentation for each patient.
