Job summary

ARC Health seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join partner practices across states. Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative care in outpatient settings.

Opportunities may include TMS services and telepsychiatry depending on practice. Responsibilities include patient-centered assessments, safe prescribing, ongoing treatment optimization, and close collaboration with therapy and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Board certification as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC).
• Valid, unrestricted NP license in the state of practice.
• DEA number and authority to prescribe controlled substances.
• Minimum of 1 year post-certification outpatient experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional liability insurance and comply with monitoring regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and diagnoses.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers in an integrated model.
• May perform TMS mappings and oversee staff when applicable.
