Legion Health is expanding its telepsychiatry team with PMHNPs who value clinical autonomy and high-quality remote patient care. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive administrative support, and access to leading EHR, e-prescribe, and AI tools to deliver exceptional care.

You will join a collaborative network of psychiatrists and peer clinicians supported by credentialing and licensure assistance while practicing evidence-based care across the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, medical history, diagnosis, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with medication management and brief psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Utilize technology and systems to deliver reliable telehealth care.
