Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs to provide telepsychiatry care with strong clinical autonomy while supporting patients across the United States. This role emphasizes evidence-based care, collaboration with psychiatrists, and flexible scheduling to fit clinicians’ lives.

Fully remote practice, competitive pay, weekly compensation, malpractice insurance, and access to premium EHR, e-Prescribe, and AI tools are provided to optimize patient care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort delivering care remotely via telehealth and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
