OptiMindHealth is expanding its clinician-led behavioral health team and seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Montgomery, Alabama with remote work options. The position offers a salary of $125k–$145k per year, full-time options, and leadership/advancement opportunities within a supportive outpatient setting.

Clinicians can work from home or near a local office with flexible schedules, typically Monday through Friday, and opportunities for benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Licensure in CO and/or MA as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
• PMHNP-BC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join the integrated care team to provide outpatient behavioral health services.
• Perform medication management and individual psychotherapy; may involve family/group therapy and psychological testing as needed.
• Determine visit frequency for patients and manage care with back-office support; no on-call responsibilities.
