Legion Health is seeking PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care via telehealth from anywhere in the United States. Full-time and part-time roles offer clinical autonomy, extensive administrative support, and access to premium tools to deliver high-quality care.

You will work remotely with a supportive team, receive credentialing and licensure assistance, and enjoy a competitive compensation package with weekly pay and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP authority in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort delivering care remotely and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may include meds and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Apply evidence-based protocols and safe prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and reviews.
• Leverage technology to deliver reliable telehealth care.
