Peregrine Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time, remote role. The position offers a base salary of $127,500–$130,000 with quarterly incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities. You will provide evaluations and medication management for patients aged 5 and older, develop treatment plans, prescribe psychotropic meds, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while delivering

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license (Texas required).
• Active DEA registration.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience.
• Experience with psychiatric medication management.
• Ability to independently manage complex cases.
• Commitment to full-time practice.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with telehealth platforms.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients ages 5 and older.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with patient needs and goals.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring for effectiveness and potential side effects.
• Diagnose and treat co-occurring behavioral health and substance use conditions.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support whole-person care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within partner-site electronic health record systems.
• Deliver care through telehealth while building strong, trusted relationships with patients and care teams.
• Contribute to behavioral health programs that continue to evolve with the needs of the communities we serve.
