We provide clinical autonomy with physician consults, extensive administrative support, and pay weekly. Positions are full-time or part-time, with a compensation range of $150K–$300K per year depending on patient-care hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care via telehealth for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD and bipolar disorder.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, diagnosis, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medications and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and use evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems to deliver reliable telehealth care.
