Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Project Manager for the Patient Care Solutions Project Management team. You will own project management and implementation for Monitoring Solutions, Perioperative and Maternal Infant Care products, coordinating sales order reviews, planning, and documentation.

This remote role requires onsite support and up to 50% travel to customer sites in the Georgia/Alabama Market and Southeast regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical field experience (Field Engineer, biomedical or related field experience).
Minimum 3 years' experience in equipment project management with deadlines met.
Ability to work independently managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel up to 50%.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during installation and act as liaison between GE Healthcare and customer.
Execute the implementation of managed projects per the sales contract and defined responsibilities.
Regularly track implementation progress, equipment delivery, installation, testing, and project deliverables.
Maintain accurate project milestone dates and data for metrics and forecasting.
Identify, escape, and resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction and GE targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-live readiness.
