Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a data engineering professional to map data sources, manage data movement, and ensure data quality within PLM/MDM platforms. You will contribute to service-oriented components, participate in design discussions, and test designs under guidance.

You will also research new tools, align work with project goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging microservices and cloud technologies in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of professional experience OR Associates with 7+ years OR High School Diploma with 9+ years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Application Engineering.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute data mapping, data movement, and interface tasks supporting data quality within PLM and MDM platforms.
• Participate in technical discussions and document design decisions.
• Develop, configure, and test designs for assigned components and tasks.
• Follow enterprise architecture standards and governance.
• Research tools and emerging technologies to support project tasks.
• Build service-oriented software and data delivery platform components.
