Job summary

WorkOS is seeking a Platform Security Engineer to join the Security Platform team in a remote-friendly role. You will help build workload identity infrastructure, enable identity-based authentication across internal services, and replace static credentials with short-lived tokens.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience in security-focused platforms.
Strong knowledge of secrets management and workload identity systems.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and authN/authZ tech like JWTs, X.509, PKI, OPA.
Experience building production infrastructure with high availability and failure modes.
Ability to drive cross-team adoption of platform capabilities.
