Chase Plastics Services, Inc. is seeking a technically skilled Applications Development and Technical Support professional to assist customers and OEMs with material selections and new applications.

You will collaborate with the Technical Manager and Regional Sales Manager to deliver engineering support and drive CPS growth. You will travel nationally to customer sites, provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, and participate in joint technical sales calls.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or equivalent with 3+ years in material supply or injection molding environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience supporting OEMs, Tier suppliers, and processors preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide plastics process troubleshooting at customer locations and remotely.
• Recommend materials and assist with application development and supplier interfaces.
• Support cross-territory CPS technical staff and contribute to competitive materials analysis.
• Participate in technical sales calls and support field sales with product data and testing as required.
• Travel within the USA to support customers and suppliers as needed.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and sales tools.
