Evolve Today is seeking a Planning Engineer to join the on-site execution team in Arad, Romania, for a large-scale PV project. The role focuses on building and maintaining the master schedule, coordinating across civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning activities, and ensuring milestones are met on time.

The position is hands-on and fully remote for about two years, with possible extension based on project pipeline and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction planning for industrial, infra or energy projects.
• Experience in utility-scale solar projects is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English is required and commissioning or project controls experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop, monitor, and update the master construction schedule across civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning activities.
• Track daily/weekly progress, identify delays, and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement and Commissioning teams.
• Maintain dashboards, KPI monitoring, and weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Support project controls including manpower forecasting, equipment and material availability, and handover prep.
