- Manage cases from inception through resolution or trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs.
- Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses.
- Appear in court for hearings and oral arguments.
- Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
