Job summary

MAVRX LLC is looking for an early-career Pipeline Design Engineer in Training (EIT). This remote role involves supporting pipeline design in our Land Survey Division.

You’ll work under a licensed Professional Engineer, engaging in tasks from geotechnical design to project research, and have a direct path toward PE licensure. The position offers flexible hours and competitive pay.

You will need a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and proficiency in CAD software.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Commitment to pursuing PE licensure.
• Reliable remote office setup, including a stable high-speed Internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Support geotechnical location designation for pipeline alignments and crossings.
• Assist in HDD and conventional bore design.
• Produce design drafting and exhibits.
• Conduct project research for regulatory and existing-utility data.
• Coordinate with survey crews and project managers on design products.
• Support QA/QC of design deliverables under PE supervision.
