Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking an IAM expert to lead and operate Ping Federate, PingID MFA, and Ping Directory across enterprise applications. You will design, implement, and optimize SSO solutions, while coordinating with global teams and vendors to ensure security and reliability.

You will mentor junior engineers, participate in change management, and drive continuous improvement in identity and access governance within a large, global IT function.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in IAM / Identity & Access Management.
• Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience with Ping Federate, Ping MFA, Ping Directory.
• Excellent technical thought leadership, hands on experience with Ping Federate and Ping MFA.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for PingFederate, PingID MFA, Ping Directory; lead integrations and migrations.
• Perform day-to-day Ping Federate, PingID MFA, Ping Directory operations.
• Design and maintain SAML, OAuth, and OIDC integrations for SSO across systems.
