What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate a simulated radar display and voice communication system to simulate pilot actions during training exercises
- Respond to voice commands from students and input proper entries into the automated system
- Translate displayed information into appropriate air traffic control terminology
- Ensure accurate communication via the voice communication system (VCS) using proper phraseology
- Complete required certifications for classroom and lab performance as a Remote Pilot Operator

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
- Clear verbal communication skills to ensure understanding
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team, including roles such as Multimedia Developers and Subject Matter Experts
- Certification in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation lab
- Knowledge of FAAO JO 7110.65
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with pilot/controller communications or phraseology
