What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate a simulated radar display and voice communication system during air traffic control training exercises
- Respond to voice commands from students and simulate pilot actions accurately

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
- Ability to speak clearly and be understood
- US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Certification and experience in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation lab
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of FAAO JO 7110.65
- Familiarity with pilot/controller communications or phraseology
