What is Required (Qualifications):

2. Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
3. Basic computer proficiency and ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
4. Clear and effective verbal communication skills
5. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience working in a multidisciplinary team, including roles such as Multimedia Developers and Subject Matter Experts
2. Certification in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation lab
3. Familiarity with FAAO JO 7110.65 regulations
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
5. Basic understanding of pilot/controller communications or phraseology
