We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Pilot to operate and conduct test flights on our eVTOL aircraft. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and performance of our aircraft during test flights and operational deployments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy eVTOL aircraft in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft readiness and functionality.
  • Collaborate with engineering, testing, and development teams to provide feedback on aircraft performance.
  • Execute flight test plans for research, development, and validation purposes.
  • Maintain detailed logs of flight operations, including technical data and observations.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and company procedures for unmanned aircraft operations.
  • Participate in training programs and simulations to stay updated on the latest technology and protocols.
Qualifications
  • Certified FAA Remote Pilot (Part 107) with a strong understanding of UAS operations.
  • Proven experience operating heavyweight unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) above 200 lbs.
  • Line of Sight operations with heavy aircraft experience
  • Background in flying rotorcraft or multirotor UAS, preferably in non-stabilized modes.
  • Strong knowledge of airspace classifications, FAA regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with eVTOL technology and flight systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in testing or operating electric or hybrid propulsion aircraft.
  • Background in military or defense aviation operations.
