CEO Lawyer, a personal injury firm with national reach, seeks a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal to support its Texas caseload and additional states. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury and can handle e-file Texas procedures, discovery, and trial prep.

The role supports a digital, remote-friendly environment with opportunities for growth and ongoing training. Applicants should have strong organizational and client-service skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive litigation experience in personal injury.
• Experience handling multi-state litigation.
• Strong communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery.
• Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process.
• Drafting Discovery Responses.
• Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence.
• Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses.
• Calendaring litigation timelines.
• Conducting status update calls with clients.
• Client update calls.
• Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests.
• Assist in trial preparation.
• Verified litigation experience in Texas plus additional states.
• Experience with eFileTexas and familiarity with Texas discovery deadlines (Rule 194/196/197).
