Atrius Health, part of Optum, seeks a PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident Physician to join our Primary Care Physician Pathways Program in Braintree, MA. You’ll be supported by a national organization focused on improving care, with resources to help you succeed in your final year of training.

The program offers mentorship, exposure to value-based care models, and a pathway to post-residency employment with Atrius Health.

Qualifications

• Must be transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship, or early into final year - PGY2 Resident
• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts--open to other areas as well

Responsibilities

• Receive a guaranteed salary in your final year of training
