Qualifications

• Review clinical documentation and assign ICD-10 and CPT-4 codes.
• Apply evaluation and management (E/M) codes across places of service.
• Code minor office procedures, specialty-specific testing and procedures.
• Follow coding guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify coding discrepancies and documentation issues.
• Maintain current knowledge of coding guidelines and practices.
• Ensure coding accuracy to support physician billing and reimbursement.
