Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Clinical Education for the Physician Assistant Program in a hybrid/remote role in Texas. You will lead development and management of clinical rotations nationwide, ensuring ARC-PA standards are met and collaborating with preceptors and students.

The role requires a PA program master’s degree, NCCPA certification, and an active PA license; 3 years of clinical PA experience plus 3 years in leadership are expected. Excellent benefits and relocation support offered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide ongoing management of the clinical portion of the program.
• Act as a liaison between the preceptor, student, and program.
• Provide continuous self-assessment and evaluation of the clinical portion of the program in accordance with the ARC-PA standards.

Employment: Direct Hire, Permanent

Hybrid/Remote Schedule

Hours: Full-time, 32 hours to work + 8 hours clinical time

Salary: $110-1k + great benefits
