Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our TeleHealth team. The role involves assessing and planning rehabilitative programs to enhance mobility and reduce pain, while providing education to patients and caregivers.

You will supervise and coordinate care with the rehabilitation team to ensure high-quality outcomes. Must reside in VA, NC, IN, NV, SC, SD, TN, TX, WV, or WI and hold a PT license in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s level degree or higher.
• PT license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain and correct disabling conditions.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
