Sentara Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for TeleHealth to assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs aimed at improving functional mobility and reducing pain. A Bachelor's degree or higher and a licensed PT in the practicing state are required.

You will work within a telehealth model, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team and contributing to patient-centered recovery across remote settings.
