Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare in Tulsa seeks a photographer to own a slice of the organization’s general mission from end to end. You will support daily operations at the Tulsa site and help move workflows forward, acting as a bridge between Change Management and active listening to create a cohesive process.

The ideal candidate has around 5+ years in a similar photographer role, demonstrates initiative, and can handle incident resolution with minimal hand-holding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operating in a similar Photographer position.
• Hands-on proficiency with Initiative, ideally paired with Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Own one slice of Intermountain Healthcare's general mission end to end
• Support daily operations at our Tulsa site and keep workflows moving
• Convert Change Management chaos into a backlog someone can actually work
• Run point on general incidents until they're truly resolved
• Keep Intermountain Healthcare's Empathy pipeline humming without constant hand-holding
• Stitch together Change Management and Active Listening into one coherent workflow
