Job Details

The Pharmacy Technician Support role involves providing service support to PACE clients, participants in facilities, and network pharmacies.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide enrollment support for new PACE enrollees.
  2. Communicate pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies.
  3. Coordinate facility discharges, medication reconciliation, and delivery back to the participant’s home.
  4. Assist network pharmacies via help desk support.
  5. Educate PACE staff on pharmacy processes.
  6. Make outgoing calls to gather or confirm information.
  7. Coordinate courier services for medication delivery.
  8. Follow up to ensure delivery receipt by participants.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
Skills & Abilities
  • Effective communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
  • Proficiency with MS Office and other software.
  • Patient-centered focus.
  • Strong phone communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of clinical terms.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
  • Reliable and efficient.

Schedule: Mon-Thu 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM; Sun 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
