Job summary

Virtual Pharmacist Ltd. invites GPhC-registered pharmacy technicians to join its managed remote medicines-management service as independent contractors. Work is remote via VP Panel using EMIS Web, SystmOne, Vision and/or Medicus; typical workload is around 18 to 30 hours per week, taken on assignment by assignment.

Rates are £18 to £20 per hour, invoiced for services provided and accepted. This is not an employed role and does not include holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions or employee

Qualifications

• GPhC registration required.
• Experience in GP practice, PCN or primary care ideal.
• Confidence using EMIS Web, SystmOne, Vision or Medicus or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support medicines-management tasks for GP practices and PCNs.
• Process medicines-related queries and workflow items.
• Support medication reviews within technician scope.
