Job summary

Bryan University is hiring a Pharmacy Technician Instructor to support our online programs. You will guide students through course work, host weekly live Zoom sessions, and provide timely feedback on progress. A valid PTCB certification and pharmacy technician experience are required, with online teaching experience a plus.

The role offers a remote, work-from-home arrangement and a chance to contribute to student success through flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor-like or health-related associate degree preferred.
PTCB Certification required.
3+ years pharmacy technician experience; sterile compounding a plus.
Experience teaching online is a plus; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Instruct assigned courses within designated program.
Host weekly live sessions via Zoom in each course.
Maintain flexible schedule with office hours and 1:1 meetings.
Provide timely feedback on quizzes, tests, homework and projects.
Outreach to increase engagement with at‑risk students.
Maintain records and submit final grades per policy.
Participate in meetings and professional development.
Stay current with developments in instructional area.
