Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmacy technician or medical office experience.
• Knowledge of drugs used to treat chronic illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Interact with departments to dispense prescriptions on time.
• Work under supervision of a pharmacist.
• Maintain and update inventory recap report.
• Retrieve discontinued/expired medications and document handling.
• Maintain prescription logs.
• Assist with pharmacy temperature and cleaning logs.
• Comply with safety, QA, accreditation, legal, state and federal requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
