Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Relations Specialist to join our team. The PRS II is a highly motivated professional with experience in pharmacy contracting, responding to pharmacy inquiries, and maintaining contracted networks.

You will manage contracting with independent pharmacies and select chains, review contract setups for compliance, support audits, and resolve claim issues while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• College or 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• 3 years business-setting experience.
• Retail pharmacy or managed care setting experience desired.
• Experience analyzing medical/pharmacy claims desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry software.
• Adhere to compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy contracting with independent pharmacies and chains; assist network negotiations; redline reviews.
• Review contract setups for compliance with network agreements.
• Support pharmacy audits and network compliance initiatives.
• Resolve claim issues and respond to inquiries.
• Track requests and communications with network pharmacies.
• Develop and distribute pharmacy communications for internal and client needs.
• Monitor compliance with government regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain network functions, plans, QA, and claims processing.
