Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Relations Specialist to join our team. The PRS II role requires coordinating pharmacy contracts, responding to inquiries, and handling operational tasks to maintain contracted networks.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a pharmacy setting, experience with contract execution, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers remote work options in a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• College or 2-year Technical Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
• 3 years business-setting experience
• Retail pharmacy or managed care pharmacy setting experience desired
• Experience analyzing medical/pharmacy claims or credentials desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry software
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives
• Ability to interact cooperatively with others

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy contracting with independent pharmacies and chains; assist network negotiations
• Review contract setup for compliance with network agreements
• Support pharmacy audits and network compliance initiatives
• Research and resolve claim issues and concerns
• Respond to inquiries from network pharmacies and track requests
• Develop and distribute pharmacy communications for internal and client requests
• Monitor and report pharmacy compliance with government regulations and internal policies
• Handle maintenance of pharmacy network functions and claims processing
