Navitus Health Solutions in the Phoenix area seeks a Pharmacy Relations Specialist to join our team. You will manage pharmacy contracting, respond to inquiries, and help maintain contracted networks. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a pharmacy or accounts setting, familiarity with contracts and compliance, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy or interfacing with pharmacies/accounts preferred.
• College or 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred; advanced technical education a plus.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Retail pharmacy experience or managed care setting desired.
• Experience analyzing medical/pharmacy claims or credentials highly desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy contracting process with independent pharmacies and select chains/PSAOs; assist with network negotiations and redline reviews.
• Review pharmacy contract setup to ensure compliance with network agreements.
• Support pharmacy audits and network compliance initiatives.
• Research and resolve claim issues and concerns.
• Respond to and track requests and inquiries from network pharmacies.
• Develop, review, and distribute pharmacy communications for internal and client needs.
• Monitor and report pharmacy compliance with government regulations and internal policies.
