Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Relations Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity across the U.S. The role focuses on executing pharmacy contracts, maintaining contracted networks, and responding to inquiries from pharmacies and accounts.

The PRS II will ensure compliance with network agreements and support audits and communications with clients. Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in pharmacy settings, experience with contract reviews, and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in a pharmacy setting or interfacing with pharmacies.
• Experience in contracting, network management, or account management is preferred.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and industry software; regulatory awareness is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy contracting with independents and select chains; review redlines.
• Ensure contract setups comply with network agreements.
• Support audits and network compliance initiatives.
• Address pharmacy inquiries and track requests and communications.
• Prepare and distribute pharmacy communications for internal and client needs.
• Monitor compliance with government regulations and internal policies.
• Handle maintenance of network functions including plan design and claims processing.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve claim issues.
