The University of Rochester is seeking a Finance Analyst in the Pharmacy department to perform specialized financial analysis and support senior management with timely operational, financial, and strategic decisions.

Leveraging systems like Workday, TPMS/Financial Advantage, Epic, Sage, and other pharmacy-related tools, you will help create dashboards and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance with 2+ years of related experience.
• Master's degree preferred with 4+ years of related experience.
• Pharmacy experience is a plus and equivalent combinations acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Perform specialized financial analysis to support pharmacy operations.
• Produce dashboards and reports for senior management and auditors.
• Review budgeted vs actuals; ensure GAAP compliance across processes.
• Reconcile general ledger data in Workday and related systems.
• Support cash handling controls and payment processing procedures.
• Prepare analyses for external auditors and management reviews.
