Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, data base management, or related studies with 3 years data analysis or CRM systems experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data collection, analysis, and reporting processes for Nursing Finance operations
- Analyze and interpret financial, clinical, operational, and nursing performance data
- Collaborate with Nursing Finance and Nursing Practice leaders to design analytical solutions and reporting
- Create and maintain data models, queries, and reporting tools for accurate financial reporting
- Support annual Nursing operating budget development and related reporting
- Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and dashboard development for executives
