Qualifications

• PharmD. or RPH degree required.
• Experience with workers’ compensation insurance carrier setting or related industry preferred.
• Ability to lead pharmacists and drive process improvements to achieve outcomes.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and executing initiatives.
• Strong data evaluation, visualization, and documentation skills.
• Excellent English communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own medical product management needs for pharmacy programs, define KPIs, identify opportunities, and drive goals.
• Lead a remote team of 8 pharmacists and oversee a nationwide prior authorization program for workers' comp.
• Analyze clinical program data to support development and implementation of initiatives.
• Evaluate regulations affecting programs and implement changes to produce outcomes.
• Optimize programs for nurse and adjuster efficiency and claims outcomes.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal staff to manage day-to-day program operations.
• Identify best practices and assess new technologies for possible incorporation into programs.
