Job summary

Navitus is hiring an Analyst, Pharmacy Contract Audit to oversee contract reimbursement accuracy across Retail, Specialty, and Mail Order networks.

You will review claims data, audit price changes, ensure contractual compliance, and create reports to validate system accuracy for clients and providers. This role sits within the Provider Relations team and requires analytical rigor and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, or operations.
• Minimum two years analytics experience.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Navitus’ reimbursement programs (AWP, WAC, MAC, NADAC, etc.).
• Field inquiries from providers, clients, auditors, and internal teams and resolve pricing errors.
• Interpret contract language to compare pricing to adjudicated claims.
• Develop and maintain controls and oversight reporting for end-to-end contract pricing.
• Responsible for pharmacy network rate testing and audits.
• Submit service or recovery requests and engage teams for system updates.
• Understand and improve current operational processes; report findings to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
