Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Analyst, Pharmacy Contract Audit to oversee contractual reimbursement accuracy across Retail, Specialty, and Mail Order networks. The role requires analytical skills to audit pricing structures, interpret contract terms, and produce reports validating system accuracy.

You will work with the Provider Relations team to remediate errors, monitor compliance, and develop controls around end-to-end pricing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in business, finance, economics, or operations preferred.
• Minimum two years analytics experience required.
• Commitment to compliance objectives and cooperative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract reimbursement accuracy across Retail, Specialty, and Mail Order pharmacy agreements.
• Review claims data, monitor pricing structures (AWP, WAC, MAC, NADAC, etc.), and identify root causes.
• Create and validate reports to ensure contractual terms are met.
• Interpret contract language and compare pricing to adjudicated activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate errors and implement controls.
