Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Billing Manager to oversee the billing operations of pharmacies across multiple states. This role includes managing patient accounts, ensuring compliance with billing processes, and handling the pharmacy credentialing process with insurance payers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pharmacy insurance payer credentialing is preferred.
• Previous Long-Term Care pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Management of a team of employees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the billing team.
• Ensure all billing processes are followed for compliance.
• Maintain current patient accounts by verifying and updating insurance.
• Work closely with business office managers on insurance plans.
• Review SQL reporting setup for accurate billing.
• Manage the pharmacy credentialing process with PBM insurance payers.
• Ensure pharmacies are credentialed and re-credentialed as required.
