ManpowerGroup is seeking a detail‑oriented Pharmacy Benefits Verification Technician to verify insurance benefits and support claims processing. This role supports members, providers, and carriers in a fast‑paced healthcare setting and requires state‑licensed and nationally certified technicians.

Hybrid environment in North Canton, OH with remote work most days; training and career growth are emphasized within pharmacy benefits and healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Active State Pharmacy Technician license (Ohio).
• National certification (PTCB or NHA).
• 1–2+ years of pharmacy experience in retail, mail order, PBM, or managed care.
• Strong communication, documentation and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with claims adjudication and secondary billing.
• Experience with Medicaid and discount card processing.
• PBM or managed care environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits through outbound calls and follow‑ups.
• Resolve prescription and claims issues to ensure timely adjudication.
• Coordinate with PBM services to support accurate billing.
• Assist pharmacists and internal teams with audits and compliance reviews.
• Document all correspondence, escalations, and resolutions per payer rules.
