ManpowerGroup is seeking a detail‑oriented Pharmacy Benefits Verification Technician to support members, providers, and carriers by ensuring accurate insurance verification and claims processing. This role targets state-licensed and nationally certified pharmacy technicians who thrive in a fast‑paced healthcare environment and a collaborative team.

Located in North Canton, OH with a hybrid schedule (remote most days, occasional in‑office as needed), the position offers a starting pay of $22.50

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active State Pharmacy Technician license (Ohio).
• National certification (PTCB or NHA).
• 1–2+ years of pharmacy experience (retail, mail order, specialty, PBM, or managed care).
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Claims adjudication and secondary billing.
• Medicaid and discount card processing.
• PBM or managed care environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits through outbound calls and follow‑ups.
• Resolve prescription and claims issues to ensure timely adjudication.
• Coordinate with PBM services to support accurate billing.
• Assist pharmacists and internal teams with audits and compliance reviews.
• Document all correspondence, escalations, and resolutions per payer and regulatory requirements.
