Job summary

Pharmacy Careers is seeking a Remote Pharmacovigilance Pharmacist to contribute to global patient safety from home. You will collect and evaluate adverse-event reports, prepare safety narratives, and support regulatory compliance, working with safety physicians and regulatory teams.

Ideal candidates hold a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, with pharmacovigilance experience or a strong desire to enter the field.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication, analytical ability, and meticulous attention to detail.
• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy required.
• Pharmacovigilance experience preferred; hospital/ambulatory/community Pharmacy backgrounds welcome.

Responsibilities

• Collect, evaluate, and document adverse-event reports for marketed and investigational products.
• Conduct literature reviews and support safety signal detection activities.
• Prepare safety narratives and case documentation per FDA/ICH and global guidelines.
• Collaborate with safety physicians, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs teams.
• Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP), FDA, and ICH regulations.
• Assist with safety-database entry, audits, and quality reviews.
