Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Remote Pharmacist — Prior Authorization to work remotely in a contract-to-hire capacity. The role focuses on reviewing prior authorization criteria and applying clinical knowledge to pharmacy requests.

You will work independently while collaborating with healthcare professionals and maintain high accuracy and organization. New graduates are welcome; leadership or residency experience is a plus, though PBM/PA experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing.

What You’ll Do

• Review and complete prior authorization criteria according to policy and procedure
• Apply clinical knowledge to pharmacy-related authorization requests
• Work independently while collaborating with healthcare professionals
• Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

Who We’re Looking For

• Active pharmacist license in good standing

• Bonus: Pharmacy managers and pharmacists with 2+ years of strong retail experience are encouraged to apply.

Schedule Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT for approximately 6–8 weeks. After training: 40 hours/week, with schedules varying based on business needs and occasional weekends. Contract-to-hire goal — conversion is not guaranteed.
