• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
• At least 12 months of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including dispensing, verification, pharmacy statistics, and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provides pharmacy consulting services with empathy to patients concerning medications and drug interactions.
• Offers immunizations, diagnostic testing, and patient counseling.
• Ensures proper compounding, dispensation, evaluation, and verification of prescribed medicines within regulatory guidance, corporate policies, and procedures.
• Supports the pharmacy operations and assists store manager in optimizing pharmacy financials and inventory management.
• Counsels patients on medication use, side effects, interactions, privacy, and referrals to medical providers.
